World Missions

WORLD MISSIONS OUTREACH
 
Beyond the needs of our local congregation, Gulf Coast Assembly of God is involved in a large global missions outreach designed to "Reach the World, One Life at a Time" with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  In 2005, Gulf Coast Assembly of God financed the construction of a church facility in the nation of communist China.
 
Here in the United States we minister to many thousands of people beyond the reach of the local church through the following home missions efforts:
 
Teen Challenge is a ministry to those with life controlling substance abuse problems
 
Chi Alpha is our ministry to students on the secular college campus
Prison Fellowship and Angel Tree is our ministry to prisoners and their families in the Florida State Corrections system
 
Miami Inner City Outreach is our ministry to the inner city children of the liberty city area of Miami.
 
Gulf Coast Food Pantry is our outreach to those in need in our community showing the love of Jesus in a tangible way.  Gulf Coast Assembly of God provides over 5000 meals each year to people of our community.
 
Outside our borders, Gulf Coast Assembly of God reaches out to literally millions of people through the 44 missionaries that we support on a monthly basis.  As an organization the Assemblies of God now ministers in over 175 countries through the work of 1800 missionaries.  Today those overseas who are touched by the ministries of the Assemblies of God exceed 32 million.
 
Gulf Coast Assembly of God currently supports 44 Missionaries at home and around the world.
